I was at a wedding reception in a hotel recently and late into the evening my 20 year old son was challenged to a game of snooker by another guest on a full sized snooker table. After about 5 minutes of play my son, obviously confused, struggling and scratching his head, turned to me and confessed he'd never played a game of snooker in his life and hadn't the foggiest what was going on or what to do. I was amazed he'd NEVER played snooker!

Never having a flat egg butty is something quite frankly beyond my comprehension. Everything edible is improved with a fried egg on the side. Steak and Eggs is a combo I first tried in Las Vegas and now it is up there with horseradish, Mustards and mushrooms in making a good steak a great steak.

Cut a square in the middle of a slice of bread and start to fry it.
Then when you flip the bread over, crack an egg so the yoke goes in that hole.
Then fry the combo until it's all done.
