The only one that springs to mind is Hull away when Deary scored the winner but pretty sure that was just torrential rain and it didn’t have the gale force winds like last night.
That Hull game was wetter... didn't help that we weren't undercover tho! The home game v Stoke around 4 years ago was as bad as last night I'd have said as well

So plenty of posts saying we and they were shite. Several references to the bad conditions. Few if any from their supporters who were at the game but didn't comment on the weather.
I did say some odd comments by & large they aren’t going on about it to our extent but like you say the numbers attending are different, i don’t wish to carry on debating it because I can see the thread getting pulled for bickering so I’m respectfully bowing out. Have a good day.

Certainly was absolutely torrential non stop rain that day. Think there were a few who managed to get under a bit of cover on the side the rest of us not to fortunate but at least we won!! Forgotten about the Stoke game.

A home game against Millwall in Dyche’s first promotion season was as close to yesterday’s conditions as I can remember.

I watched the game on tv, it was a bloody awful
Therein lies the problem. Had you been there, you would have seen just how awful the weather was. It wasn't a pretty game and either team could have won. We missed Brownhill and Taylor.

Park it, move on.

Yes, I was there. Middle of winter and rain pouring down throughout the game. However, the pitch was in excellent condition and there was no gale force wind. Another one was the much talked about game v Peterboro where it was bitterly cold and another was over 30 years ago at Gigg Lane when we beat Bury 1-0 in the Sherpa Van. But I don't believe any of them were as bad as last night.

I was going to say PNE at home in the 2nd promotion season, the game just before the Hull away Boxing Day one I think. Was horrendous that day.

You're getting confused with "bickering" and you getting torn a new one, lad.

Again. ;)

Was that the one where we got kept behind and herded by police horses at the end of the game?
