Glasgow info
I'm off to Glasgow next Wednesday to see my daughter who I haven't seen since last August, she lives near troon golf course and we are meeting up in Glasgow for a few days, I've never been so do any fellow claret's have any good places, pub's or area's they would recommend we could visit.
Re: Glasgow info
I think that there was a thread on here when we played Rangers. If you can find it it may be helpful.

Re: Glasgow info
We live over the Border so often go up to Glasgow for nights out/gigs etc. We have never had a bad night out there and it's a fantastic City. Far prefer it to Edinburgh.
What part of the City you heading to and what kind of things do you like?

We had a great time up there when we went for the Saturday friendly.
Plenty of pubs around the train station area.
The people were really friendly.

Re: Glasgow info
I remember going to a few decent places around the western end of Sauchiehall St. Ox & Finch was very good and remember Lebowskis being decent. There were a few other places round there too.

Re: Glasgow info
Ashton lane in the west end just off Byers road. Plenty of decent pubs and eateries around there. Plus it’s a hop skip and a jump from the subway to get back into the city centre. Try and visit the transport museum if you get the chance aswell it’s next to Kelvinhall arena opposite Glasgow uni and 15min walk from Ashton lane.

Wonderful city. Merchant City has lots of nice places, Finniston is great (pubs, ox and finch etc), west end/ ashton lane. My favourite city. Spent a year there 2016-17 with work.
Re: Glasgow info
Kelvingrove park, museum. Also a place near central station where you climb loads of stairs and can see across the city. Forgotten what it's called. 2 mins from Glasgow Central by foot.

Wear a Scotty Arfield Burnley shirt and you won't pay for a drink all stay.
