Chelski identified our weakness down the left in the first half and exploited in the second but of course Dyche is incapable of changing a game plan half way through a game, the hole down the left could have been plugged at half time but no, completely incompetence at in game tactical changes

This second half showing is up there with the most pathetic I’ve seen under Dyche. Don’t get me wrong Chelsea are a good side but in the first half we applied ourselves and they struggled. They’ve not even changed gears this half.

We had our chances first half and didn't take them, came out slow and the collapsed. So many players just not doing the basics this second half.

McNeil needs dropping. His form and attitude have been a disgrace this season.

Brentford aren't safe, if we beat them we're 3 points behind with a game in hand. Agree on Everton and Newcastle.

We've had two poor games but we haven't had a rest. Only 2 games in 14 days now, next 2 games pivotal. Defeats like this can happen against big sides, last thing we need to do is overreact

Not viewing but yet again it appears our 4-4-2 is humbled by a quality midfield with extra players in there. We have to play 3-5-2 or 4-5-1 against the likes of City and Chelsea or these scorelines will just keep repeating.

This couldn’t be more correct. I could take losing 4-0 to these, losing in the manner we did is awful.

It's even tougher to take after a promising 1st half, yes the quality of the opposition has to be taken into account, but the goals were gifted.

It’s all very well saying the manner of the defeat is an issue. I couldn’t disagree with that more given we were the better team for 45 minutes. We switched off for 7 minutes and against the top 3 you just can’t do that. Ultimately the defending was poor for all the goals and I think we saw that both Tarks and Collins are better as right centre halfs.

There’s going to be the inevitable overreaction on here but we could do with more of the team that started the Brighton and Spurs games where we defended well.

We have most certainly played worse than this against Chelsea at home in recent seasons where we have shipped goals throughout the game and never looked like scoring. We played exceptionally well in the first half today.
