Asking a question about parking for the Leeds Grand Theatre and recomendations for handy restaurant near the Theatre for a Pre-show meal ... 5 of us off to see Les Miserables in November

Depends what kind of cuisine you want.

Aagrah (Indian), Ciao Bella (Italian), are both within walking distance. There are also a fair few independent places within a couple of minutes walk. You’ve also got Trinity Kitchen within walking distance.

Would definitely recommend having a pre-show tipple in The Wrens which is pretty much opposite the Grand.

Templar Street Car Park is your best bet or if you're a tight arse and want free parking then try Trafalgar St area as I advised Funkydrummer recently.

Plenty of decent places to eat and drink within 5 or 10 mins walk from Theatre but none Id especially recommend over others but then again Im normally round that area in the early hours getting a kebab.

In summer Belgrave Music Hall & Canteen is probably my favourite but in November the rooftop beer garden wont be much fun

Wood house car park is the cheapest in town and a 10 min walk away.

The Reliance is decent nearby for English food and very good beer

Zap Thai is decent

Begal Brasserie is just round the corner and is the best Indian in leeds on trip advisor.

I’ve been to all these place and they are all very nice.
