Got mine this morning. They're certainly leaving it late. I can see a lot of problems if they don't turn up.

I saw this as well on face-book. How is that allowed? Surely the club must authorise if someone wants to buy tickets to use for their own company’s advertising competition. Really stinks if the club are handing out tickets to businesses.

There seems to be some big cocking up at the ticket office.

Our tickets were bought be me but have been delivered to my brother's house. We didn't get a ticket using his clarets number. My account shows my address.

Excellent work. Expect your tickets to be with someone's else.

Oh dear this doesn't sound good - bought the tickets on my dad's number but ordered to my address. I bet they've mixed it up! He's since moved house as well to mix it up even more

Just had a call from a relative, says he has received our tickets, the envelope had my name on but his address.
He is on my family and friends list but I didn't even use his clarets number as he wasn't able to go to the game.

What's going on? Good job he wasn't on holiday or we wouldn't have known where our tickets were.
Making mistakes like this just a couple of days before the game is very poor. Presume its the ticket office staff at Turf Moor?

I did yes. Although interestingly the 5 tickets have been split across 2 different rows.

Home end for me at hudds, as it was at Villa. Seemed the easiest option for me, only got 4600 points. 10 of us going from Hebden Bridge, think there will be plenty clarets in home areas.

I'm ok this time but for the Shrewsbury game I ordered 4 tickets and only received one! They had to ask Shrewsbury to reprint them and I had to pick them up there.

Seems like it is starting to become a regular problem. Either there is complete incompetance and there are people that can't count or there is a fault with the system. The fact it happened with the Shrewsbury game and now it is STILL happening with this game to others is unforgiveable.

The club have been rightly applauded for introducing the seat selection for away games. I bet it’s a lot of hard work though to facilitate especially when the tickets arrive en masse rather than print from a computer system. With the tight turnaround due to Huddersfield’s ridiculously late delivery I bet it’s not helped speed up the process of getting them out for delivery.

I also had the same happen to me. My first order came to my address the 2nd order went to someone elses address who is going but I bought them and had confirmation to my address on the email

Fingers crossed everyone gets theirs and we all enjoy cheering on the clarets on Friday night!!

Appreciate this isn’t tickets but I ordered one grey training top and received two and have been charged for two - after the initial card was rejected due to being my wife’s CN and my card. I reordered on my CN, turned out the original payment had gone through after all despite telling me on screen it hadn’t.

So I’m suspecting although the ticket software may be different there could be a software issue as well as a human issue to be wary of.

Why they have gone to all the trouble of letting you pick your own seat is beyond ridiculous and probably the reason for this delay

Bring back pay at the gate on the day it was far more simpler.

Never a problem they just closed the gate and you either got in or didn't it was far more simpler and less planning was involved.

After half of my order arrived yesterday, just had to go and collect the other half from the ticket office. Thankfully they replied swiftly by email (don’t think they’ve ever answered a phone!) so would recommend anyone yet to receive to try and get in touch and collect if possible

Just received our three tickets however, they were NOT meant to be delivered to my address and the seats do NOT match what we had confirmed, they are the row behind which isn't an issue unless someone hasn't received theirs and they ask for a reprint and the tickets are duplicated!
