Ireland's last away game in Poland when we played Ukraine a couple of lads were caught taking in smoke bombs into the ground and were keep in jail over night and fined €2,000 each . Got a feeling this will stop some people .

I stopped taking my wife to away games years ago due to the knob element that follow us away. It’s bad enough her having to stand for two hours but when drunken and coked up louts are falling over us when we score or a near miss it isn’t pleasant.
I did however take her to Watford last season and although the last 15 minutes of the game made it a good day out we were still unfortunate to be surrounded by said knob heads.
The row in front of us was just populated by twice the amount of people that should have been in there because we were unlucky to be behind some of the chief knobs so their mates decided to join them for the duration, with the usual in out all game to have a sniff and the constant gesticulating.
I still go to away games but as I’m in my 60’s now I don’t think it will be for many more seasons. I can do without this grief.
