It’s excellent moderating that things are being left alone & if heads are being torn off in a debating sense so be it, as a staunch royalist people from the other side are entitled to their views & it should be respectfully welcomed & discussed with no intervention, it’s sad that so many threads are locked before really starting.

I was suppose to be working today but someone wanted a swap so I’ve ended up having it off.

I’m no royalist so il keep my opinions of this to myself. I spent the morning running up ilkley moor, something I enjoy, and I’m sure the queen would prefer me to do something I enjoy than be stuck inside watching tele. She was nice like that.

What I will say is what I’ve seen has been a real spectacle to be proud of. No one does it as well as us. We should all be proud of our military.

Jakubclarets posts seem perfectly easy to understand to me so what is the point you are trying to make with the question marks?

Yes inchy we should all be proud of our military. Outstanding today as they always are.

Shout out to the police today also. Provided security for what has been a huge logistical operation so full credit to them for ensuring the safety of everyone.

For all the Paegentry and Military Precision on show I can't help but praise the absolutely beautiful singing by the Choiristers.

Spine tingling stuff throughout the day.

Possiby but there were still other channels to watch after Tuesday but it sounds like you still chose to watch the mourning period coverage!

It was clear just now at Windsor, with the intrusive zoom in on his face during the singing of the national anthem and the finality of the services immediately before it that he was massively struggling to hold it in. It was all over his face

This has been a remarkable week for the UK, but now we need to let a son mourn his mother privately.

When the items were removed from her coffin then the coffin went down hit hard there. Extremely moving service.

Well, that and the fact you're on the internet allowing you access to this website, and this thread in particular, and commenting on a thread you have zero interest in....

Let’s just show some respect on this solemn day & put past grievances aside or is that too much to ask for?

100%, I was just discussing this with my mother, he now needs a few weeks to grieve his loss, he’s an old man himself and needs all the support he can

I'm showing all the respect the day deserves - look at my posts.
Pointing out your gibberish is not being disrespectful to the Queen in any whatsoever. To you, maybe, but that's your choice.
You could argue that you not being bothered enough to punctuate your comments on this subject accurately - or check their meaning - is far more disrespectful.
Anyway, keep to the topic or shut up and, if you must respond, please do it with some consideration for others.
I thank you.
