Does Sky red button not use local radio commentators or something? So you tend to get biased commentary for the home team? I might be wrong, it's happened at least once before.

Stoke score goals. The fact the haven't so far bodes well as defensively they are poor and we will capitalise as the game moves on..... Fingers and toes crossed

I get wound up sometimes as the easiest way to beat the press is to up the tempo, and we don't.

We've been the better team. It just hasn't been as smooth because Stoke have done what an actual football team should do - identify the opposition's weaknesses. For the first time in weeks a side is actually pressing Burnley, utilising set pieces, and playing more long balls.

We’ve done ok. Not as much threat in behind as of yet. Thought this would be a tighter game than some were expecting.

No real chances in that half but I would say that Stoke are playing their usual physical game, so maybe that's not surprising.

However, we haven't unleased our second half on them yet so all to be play for yet

Hmm wouldn’t say so. They’ve pressed well though. Forwards and midfield working very hard.

If the Churlinov choice was an experiment, it hasn't worked.

They’re playing us well, pressing and not allowing our midfield any time on the ball to get our passing game going. They’ve been good.

Churlinov trying too hard to impress in his rare moments in possession, showing too much of the ball. Possibly give him ten minutes then look to Tella/Zaroury. Barnes has done OK.

Stoke should be winning. They have been the more effective side.

But we have got better.

Churlinov and Brownhill haven’t really affected the game yet. One of them probably needs swapping out in the second half.

Benson has looked sharp as always

Not our usual blustering self in that 1st half, however it's still 0-0 and we have plenty of ammo to bring off the bench.

Thought tonight might be tricky and it's proving so.

They’re physical as expected. We need to counter that with pace. Zaouray on and Churlinov off. With Barnes being on a yellow I’d sub him for Jay.

Agree muric has been busier than the stoke goalie. They are committing numbers into attack and breaking up our attacks with jiggly fouls etc. Barnes has put himself about, i can see why Vinny picked him to start in this. Our left side of churlinov and maatsen not as effective, looks like maatsen has been told to hold a defensive line rather than free rein..
