Cricket club/Fanzone

Post by cmobfc » Sat Feb 11, 2023 10:48 am

Will PNE fans be okay in either of these places for a pre-match drink? Meeting an old uni friend and due to time constraints somewhere close to the ground would be best. They won't be wearing colours. Thanks for any advice.

If they're not wearing colours nobody will know. Will be fine in either. Away fans drink in the CC anyway don't they?

I thought that too but she's overly cautious following a couple of dodgy trips to the Turf in the past so promised I'd double check! Her main concern was that they'd check tickets and only allow home fans in which I know isn't policy at either venue but wasn't sure if that changed for 'derby days'.

Cricket club is fine, it's the "unofficial" away pub anyway. No chance of any bother in fanzone either.
