Steady first 45 from us, we got the goal, and probably should have a couple more, Barnes and Brownhill seem prominent throughout, and Zaroury once again showing his undoubted class.

More of the same 2nd half and bagging a 2nd should put this game to bed.

so easy for us. Ironically that's the only thing I'm slightly worried about, difficult to change gears if the game gets more difficult. But very good performance and no reason to expect we wouldn't respond to a better PNE.
Nitpicking slightly, final balls and execution around the box could be a little better 2nd half

Hope im not tempting fête but NE have not really offered anything. There were long periods of play when they didn't get a touch of the ball , thanks to our passing.

Unfortunately, I chanced £13 on a subscription with the Android 12 Box and it's jumpy as hell with iFollow. Instead I'm watching this on the PC: http://thegentleclass.com/kaj14/

I don’t think I’ve seen Brady do anything but pass backwards, I don’t remember him even trying to go past any player.

Looks comfortable but at 1-0 anything can happen so hoping we can score a couple more 2nd half.

The result so far is as we expected. The disappointing part is how we’ve been playing up to now. The pressing has been good for the moments it’s lasted but Burnley are comfortably taking the **** out of us as it stands

We need a second early on. The longer Preston keep it at one the more confident they will be. We are in a different class but can’t get complacent. Don’t see VK allowing that to happen tho. JBG needs to get into the game a bit more
