Please, please, I hope our local 'interviewers' see this and learn something about interviewing. They really have to stop beginning questions with 'how'. How important is it ...., How difficult is it ...., How frustrating is it ...., How pleasing is it ...., etc. I often think the response should be "On a scale from one to ten?"

Agreed. On the club interviews, there’s really nothing for them to answer, it’s already in the question. Complete waste of time, and a real shame when you hear how good VK is when he’s interviewed by a half decent journalist.
