Can blame the ref or them wasting time (who wouldn’t in their position) all we want. We’ve not done enough with all of the possession.

Surprised Twine off, easily our best attacker today

I’d have left Twine on - done pretty well and has the threat if we win a free kick in a decent position.

Yeah, the man to bring off was Darko but it's always harsh to bring a sub off.

Benson cramped up. That's all. Darko to aid him is probably the best thing DC has done.

Benson coming off. He didn't look happy to come back on earlier. Now looks unable to continue. Hope it is just cramp. 10 men.

Cork gets a yellow. Not sure he touched Carrol but those get given these days.

You’d never know this was a match thread on the message board of a side who’d pretty much guaranteed themselves league title.

If a bad performance is 75% possession and 16 shots to 7 then we must be a very good side.

A fair comment but these are, perhaps, the worst side we've played against all season. They've been awful and we've hardly put a shot in against them.

We fielded a lot of players who haven’t played much. It was never going to be a sharp performance, in the same way the FA Cup performances weren’t.

I'm gutted to be honest, I really wanted the points record, one thing if we get outplayed with our team but when you make so many rotations. We had a real chance at making history.
