Re: Owen Coyle
Threw the title and promotion to SPL away at the end of the season, not surprised.

Re: Owen Coyle
Conceded thirteen goals in that pivotal week and having watched all three games it could have been well over 20

Re: Owen Coyle
Saw the "Under the Cosh" interview this morning, he refutes all the reasons for him leaving that were speculated about but doesn't actually say why he went.
Anyway, it all turned out nicely in the end.

Three clean sheets in our biggest 3 games of the season, the play off semis and final, suggests otherwise.thehistorylecturer60 wrote: ↑Mon May 15, 2023 5:44 pmIndeed good going forward abysmal at the back ..

"When I started at this club they were called Dame Garden, when I had worked my miracles they actually became known as Queens Park " said the deluded patient to his psychiatrist.
Re: Owen Coyle
Kept clean sheets in each of our final four home games too. However, I think it might have been more down to the top defensive pros we had, e.g. Caldwell, Carlisle and Alexander, than any decent coaching.Quickenthetempo wrote: ↑Mon May 15, 2023 6:47 pmThree clean sheets in our biggest 3 games of the season, the play off semis and final, suggests otherwise.
