No link or anything, but leaving United on a free.
Good option for us?

A Stoke fan I spoke to recently rated him very highly.

Really. He's been injured all year and played about 5 games.

El Dhakil and Ekdal have only played 8 or 9 League games and we're raving about them

Looked good when I’ve seen him but not played much in the last two years due to injuries and warming the bench at villa last season.

The few times I’ve seen him he’s a typical Man U c/half seems a bit dozy at times ,and always has a mistake in him.

They have been with us for a few months. I cant believe that someone is happy with a player who has been there for a full season and played only 4-5 games for them.

Just had a look on the Oatcake, the consensus seems to be that he’s a class above when fit, but avoid at all costs due to his injury situation.

Was a star at villa when they got promoted.

Would have been very excited about this as signing three years ago.

That’s because they’ve been operating at a significantly higher level, and done extremely well.

Ekdal in particular looks a real talent.

What happened with Ekhdal towards the end of the season with not getting a look in? Was he injured?
