Re: Come on you Irons
They waited 16 years to return to the Prem last time. How many this time I wonder? They were in a financial mess in 2004 but they seem in a real mess on and off the pitch in a different way this time.

At least BFS can count his cash. Should keep him in pies, stout and gum for years.

Back where they were a year ago, going into the last game with it out of their own hands.

The good thing is if they pull it off again Everton will be relegated.ClaretTony wrote: ↑Sun May 21, 2023 3:31 pmBack where they were a year ago, going into the last game with it out of their own hands.

Re: Come on you Irons
Every now and again a big club needs to go down... Everton are bigger than Leeds
Re: Come on you Irons
Sorry Sam, Moysie wanted more.
Re: Come on you Irons
I’d just love a Leicester win, tomorrow.

Re: Come on you Irons
Of the 4 teams who can can go down I would love to see Leicester beat Newcastle and West Ham to stay up. Leeds and Everton going down would make this fantastic season even completer!

Re: Come on you Irons
I'm another hoping Leicester are the team to survive: They will not spend Premiership money over the the summer and will lose Madison and Vardy at least before next season; if they survive this season, there nailed on to go down next.
Re: Come on you Irons
Serves them right,Karma, for our great Frank Casper,it has took a few years though!
