Anyone going to Old Trafford tonight ?

Few mates going, always a better atmosphere when they play around the country. Gives fans who wouldn’t normally get the chance to watch the national team a chance to watch them.

Was so good early 2000s when they played all over at different grounds, that’s how it should be.

Unsure if we should have put the National stadium in the middle of the country, Birmingham way perhaps. Although I do like the National stadium to be in the capital City.

Anyway 3-0 England tonight.

Speaking of national stadiums... I went travelling through that way three or four years ago. (Macedonia, not Manchester.) Went to a cup game. FK Vardar (most successful Macedonian side although recently relegated) were at home - the national stadium. Me and probably two hundred others in a 40,000 stadium but they made a right racket. At full time I dawdled out, took my chance, a bit cheeky, and walked to the centre circle. Got chatting to a bloke taking the nets down. Anyway, nice place is Macedonia.
