Ticket exchange

Hi all.

I have made my ticket available for Saturdays game which has resold on the ticket exchange however my account credit is still showing as £0. I was wondering if anyone else had used this feature yet and if so how long did it take for the credit to appear?

I’ve not sold on the system but some on here have said they received the credit after the game.

As a matter of interest how do you know before the game that it's sold ?
I sold my ticket for Man city and didn't get an email or anything, when I logged in to my account a week or so later I had a £32 credit but not sure how I can redeem it.

ive used it for the Man C game and the payment / refund was in my account 1 hr after the game , so yours should be there saturday night/ or tuesday with bank holiday

I got mine for the villa game after it had been paid.
It's credited to your "On Account". When you go to pay for any tickets on the website going forward for away or cup games for example, you can select your "On Account" balance to be used on the payment page. I haven't gone through with a transaction yet but I had a quick look last night.

I have put my spurs tickets in the exchange, I did the same with City. Anyone got a link to see if they’ve sold or if I’ve obtained credit. I’ve not had anything from the club about City. When I went on the main bfc web site I couldn’t see where you find it. Thanks
