I feel really sorry for Al Dakil as he's clearly a great young player with tons of potential as he proved last season, but he's in a defence conceding three goals on a regular basis and his confidence must be heading into the negative area. He's crying out for a really experienced pro alongside him talking him through and lending his know how. John McGreal and Gary Cahill spring to mind. AD isn't getting that. He's just getting pumped every week.
