We should be using this game to work out the Palace team in my opinion.
1. Start Muric. If he plays well you have a ready made excuse for sticking with him at the weekend.
2. If AAD and O'Shea are VK's preferred option until Beyer and Ekdal are fit then stick with them so they can build some kind of understanding.
3. Cullen is out against Palace so lets start Massengo and see what he's got in his locker.
4. Tresor was the stand out player in Belgium last season so play him in his preferred position on the left wing.
5. Berge and Jay offer some physicality and we will need that against both Everton and Palace, so again lets try and build understanding in the team.
