Your best bet is probably Linekers. It's not a top ranking game, so a lot of the smaller bars there might not have it.
However Linekers seem to have more on than most.
But check out the advertising boards outside bars along the front, it may be displayed somewhere.

Went to Matagorda a few years ago, there’s a centre there that’s full of bars that show the football. It’s a good walk from PDC or a short ride in a taxi.

I’ve always watched games in Sunset Beach sports bar, there are plenty of screens with most games on. Usually leave the other half on beach and nip over road to watch.
