Ticket Office opening hours

Anyone know what time the ticket office opens today? Can't find anything online and they aren't answering phones yet.

I assume 10am.....but its just ringing and ringing......and then cuts out..............

It opens at 11:30 am until half time. Its on the match guide on the app. The writing on the graphic is so small
