I think the distinction is the methods. Watching that program & the barrage of expletives used in order to motivate them is that really necessary. Is it not possible to get the point across without resorting to swearing. No wonder they've stopped listening to him if he hasn't changed tact if I had a bloke ranting effing & jeffing every 2 mins I'd be thinking what the hell's going on. It's no way to command respect from people.
