Re: The derby
I can, I hate it
Genuinely hate playing them, I know that’s what footballs about but the lead up to the game makes me ill

Would rather we never had to play them again, to be honest.

Re: The derby
Another who is not a fan of derbies; having experienced living and working in Preston, living around Rovers fans in Accy and having acquaintances who follow Bolton… it makes me ill for a week, and then you just know they’ll avoid you if we win, crow for weeks if they win (what is likely to be) their biggest game of the season. Hate it, rather be looking down on them any day.

Re: The derby
Let’s forget this 34 years or whatever it was they kept harping on about, the number of games they went unbeaten against us was 11.
Those 11 included 2 FA Cup games in 2005. So 9 league games.
Burnley are now 9 games unbeaten against Blackburn, including 1 League Cup game.
So, next season could see us equal the 11 games unbeaten, or overtake the league unbeaten run, and if we win the next fixture it will be the first time either of us will have won 7 games in a row!
