Re: Our lovely Ash
The parents of a teenage fan write to Charlotte Football Club about her mental health issues. Ashley Westwood emotionally reads the letter out loud but can't finish reading it. The girl is invited to meet the players, amongst other surprises, like walking out with the team.
It shows the impact a Football Club and its players have on the community and how it helps support people through bad times, even if it is not always visible. It's a nice video.

A man showing compassion for a young person he's never met.
It shouldn't be big news but, sadly, it is in today's world.
Respect to Ashley Westwood.
And, yes, regardless of what anybody thinks about our football under Sean Dyche, he had some very good people playing for him. Tripps and Danny Ings - both who touched many neutrals through their acts of kindness with disabled fans - were already at the club. But we had so many top men play for us . And that matters.
