Embarrassing

Post by BurnleySYS » Mon Nov 21, 2016 10:05 pm

Well done Burnley you just made West Brom look like Real Madrid.

The defending was seriously awful, the performance was one of the worst iv ever seen.

Dyche hasnt a clue away from home.Tactics all wrong. Gray on the bench. We have bough a Belgian who lasts 60 mins.

Dread to think what Man City are going to do to us Saturday could be 8,9 or 10.

We just simply arent good enough and relegation is a dead cert.

The fans who went want a refund. Lack of quality,Lack of passion.

Lowton/Ward both weak links. Mee for England hahahaha. Players like Arfield,Boyd,Barnes,Marney wouldnt get a game at some championship clubs.

DYCHE OUT

Someones upset! Newly promoted sides are always liable for a thrashing and tonight was one of them, if we get 6 or 7 wins for the rest of the season i WILL BE HAPPY.

Can only hope this turns out to be a positive watershed moment in our season as the Boxing Day debacle v Hull was last season.

"We just simply arent good enough and relegation is a dead cert."

When you say things like that then people just won't take you seriously. You're saying this after one heavy defeat but were you saying it after the recent Everton, United and Palace games? Were you ****.

The OP is genuine, one or two posters respond to a defeat like its the beginning of the end and this OP seems to be one of them.

TBF, This excuse of, 'move on' after an away defeat is becoming tiresome though. We've looked every inch a championship side in every away game we've played this season. If it continues then they'll be relegated and that isn't a knee-jerk reaction.

The home form alone won't keep us up.

The OP doesn't seem to think it's the beginning of the end. More like the end of the end.

To be fair we have looked like that for most of the away games at this level and under 3 different Managers. SD tactics meant we looked unlucky in a few games whilst still collecting 0 points but this season he is in the OC and BL bracket.

It's difficult to know where we go from here, park the bus or send for the 'Light Brigade'?

We fell into the Pullis trap. We gifted them two early goals, filled them with confidence and we were chasing the game.

WBA. Bogey team. Now let's move on !

Looking at it for what it is, is a fan who travelled down in the foul weather to West Brom. The very least we expect is for effort to be displayed. We looked all at sea last night with no coordination or back up plan when things started to go downhill.

Tactics wrong again with no apparent recognition of this by Dyche during the game.

Credit to West Brom they took their chances with aplomb, aided and abetted by our poor performance.

I can't remember the last time we attacked a team, which showed last night as we had zero clue as to what to do with the ball when we did have it.

Regardless of where our post match feelings lie, I think we're all expecting a reaction on Saturday at 12:30.

I can see extra training in the afternoon for the City defenders (meant tongue in cheek - don't over react, I'm sure it was just an off night and we'll recover)

Probably the worst I'd seen us play since Hull boxing day 2015.
