Really?

Bit of a yawn for me.

Mind you I've never been able to get excited much when either Burnley or England aren't involved.
First game, the hosts battered our local "Rivals"
Decent game with Hungary and Switzerland.
Spain played well, with a 16 year old kid having a fantastic game.
Albania took a shock lead against Italy, but lost 2-1...

Yeah, it's been well boring so far....don't know why they've even bothered broadcasting these games.

Agree with all of this. All the games have been decent, couldn’t have asked for a better start really.

Great to see the tournament back in a proper footballing country. Good grounds, easy to get to and all the fans have made for good atmospheres so far.

There have been plenty of goals, not seen a defensive team either. Hope it continues that way

Rodri did make contact but the actual fall came from Petkovic “tripping” by stubbing his toe into the ground

Rodri wouldn’t have seen that so thought he did cause the fall
This is Rodri of Man City. It was a pen and he knew what he was doing. I thought he was very lucky not to already have a yellow as he'd twice earlier been up to his tricks.

Most enjoyable game so far was Switzerland - Hungary. Pretty even, well competed, a slight edge at times. The sort of quality of game we might expect in the Championship. Spain - Croatia was enjoyable too, Croatia looking like they've got something but Spain just too good.

Our Zeki came on but, apart from working quite hard including helping defend, offered very little. His ball control was poor.

England are 4/1 favourites to win the Euros with Spain and Italy at 16/1 on some sites and Switzerland 70/1 …in Spain where I am I can get 12/1 tbough for England to win 🏆

I see operation slag England off is well underway on here. It’s like it’s trendy to slag the fans and the team off. Waiting for the comments about how **** our national anthem is and how it shouldn’t be the anthem. If you find it boring don’t watch it. For me it brightens up a summer and fills the close season void. We all need some positivity around.

For the first time in history I've had to put a Euro match on mute. Sorry but her voice doesn't suit football commentary.

I'll not post it, but the German police shot a guy who was wielding an axe near the Dutch fans in Hamburg, nuts.

Just seen this about this Euros: there have already been more goals so far than the first round of games at Euro 2004 and Euro 2008, and the same as the first round of games at Euro 80, 84 and 88 combined.

More suited to Formula One where she could drown out the noise of the engines.

Well done Wout.

Would like to know if him loaning last season was his choice or VKs. Obvs he doesnt want to play in the EFL but in the PL he may have been keen. I suspect he wasnt Vinny's cup of tea and that was probably a big error.
