Swap the red for Claret and the black for blue and that would make a lovely home kit for us.Poulton-le-Claret wrote: ↑Fri Jun 07, 2024 4:52 pmVery nice, wasn't familiar with FBT who made their shirts.

I know Newcastle have a great fanbase, but I can't believe people queued through the night to buy that

Queues were that long that they were apparently turning people away that didn’t have a NE postcodePoulton-le-Claret wrote: ↑Sat Jun 08, 2024 8:49 pmI know Newcastle have a great fanbase, but I can't believe people queued through the night to buy that![]()

The Real Union kit is copied from Aston Villa, same as ours.

Re: New Kits
It's massively over exaggerated
Up until the Saudis bought them, there was great apathy. They're supporting the recent success, not the club. They also don't like any questioning of the ownership. They are embarrassed about it, but are happy to ride the success that the morally bankrupt money brings with it.
Pound for pound up here, Sunderland has a much better fanbase

The new home red kit commemorates the Accrington Pals.

Palace kit is amazing. But ruined by the sponsor.

I think the Palace kit is hideous, looks like paint has been spilt on it.

French kit reminds me of an American baseball jersey
Re: New Kits
Very New York Yankees.
Re: New Kits
Crystal Palace one looks like a women's smoking jacket from the 1920's. I really liked the one they had that looked like Willem II last season.

That would be a good kit for the Fräuleins but that 3rd kit.

The Palace shirt is excellent.

When I first saw the French kit I thought "ooh that's quite different". But the more the match went on, the more I realised I didn't like it.

That lot are going to harp on even more next season about buying the league with their new home and away shirts. Looks like they’ve pinched the ‘street map’ idea from our 22/23 third kit for their third shirt.
