If you need a tonic watch the "Roses" T20 at Headingley on Thursday night. The form the White rose are in at the moment you should enjoy it !

This board has in turn, delighted and infuriated me, made me laugh out loud and on a few occasions reduced me to tears. With reducing mobility through arthritis, it's been one of my " windows into the world ". Without you, and the support of others, this would not happen ... so take time to look after yourself, I wish you a swift recovery ...

Take care CT. Have a good rest, watch the Euros, keep an eye on Burnley and try to stay positive. A break from the routine can be good medication .
