Thanks for the article and full list. Club's format of announcement is terrible.

What’s with the randomness of how the club have shown the fixtures in their media release?

Tuesday in Plymouth is what happens when you can't have a tuesday night in Ipswich....
Blackburn 2nd home game isn't ideal. I worry we won't be fully organised by then - and it will put undue pressure on.

Leeds, Sunderland and Luton away in the first 6 games, with the derby in the mix too, certainly not as easy start which surely puts more pressure on getting things sorted asap.

Fixtures now added to the fixtures section of the site too - other than Luton, which we know is 8 p.m., I've shown the other midweeks at 7:45 for now until times are confirmed.

So much for the news that "all TV coverage for all games up to FA Cup 3rd round will be announced with the fixtures".

Good of the league to give us an extra couple of days to find a manager

I reckon it's only around a 20% chance that the game takes place on that day.jedi_master wrote: ↑Wed Jun 26, 2024 9:15 amFlying back from Tenerife on the 31st so I miss the home derby![]()

I thought it was just me getting a bit old when the official video was released and I couldn't make head nor tails of it, but it seems it's universally missed the spot.

Why put a home derby right in the middle of holiday season? I hope that gets moved out or I might not be able to make it.
Re: ARTICLE: Clarets to kick off on Monday night at Kenilworth Road
Certainly will.be moved for sky as there is going to be so many live EFL matches next season, question is when it will be, Friday night? Saturday dinner? Saturday tea? Saturday evening? Sunday? Monday?

If the police and safety people get their way it will be Sunday rather than Saturday I would imagineHerts Clarets wrote: ↑Wed Jun 26, 2024 9:34 amSaturday or Sunday lunchtime kick off I would imagine.

It'll be much improved if they stick to it. Hopefully they make fans aware of games that are at risk of being moved due to cup involvements too

The new manager will barely have his feet under the table by the time Venkys come to town.
He really needs to be appointed ASAP.

Agreed looking at those opening fixtures, we need to appoint asap as well as hoping that Bellamy is putting them through their paces as we speak.

Is that 4 away games in 17 days at end of October into November? Crazy really especially for travelling supporters.
Re: ARTICLE: Clarets to kick off on Monday night at Kenilworth Road
Does anyone know whether they'll be selling tickets for all home games all at the same time again, like last season?

They have 8 games after the last international break, going HAAHAHAH. It's surely a trivial point that the first of those 8 is 3 days before April and the last is 3 days after.TheFamilyCat wrote: ↑Wed Jun 26, 2024 9:23 amFour away games in April. Not ideal at that stage of the season.

Re: ARTICLE: Clarets to kick off on Monday night at Kenilworth Road
Just what I thought! No one will relish playing us either but they're probably more keen on facing us early given our situation.
If I was RVN looking at that, surely I'd be more excited to lead a top team in the division out against Leeds, Blackburn etc than sink into the background at man United.
