A yes for Burnley FC and a no for the others. I did get an email from them last year to inform me that I'd been successful in the ballot for Blackburn tickets when I had actually been unsuccessful.

My new total of loyalty points is zero. 2080 points less than two days ago. Obviously I’m now awaiting a response from the TO to my query.

How strange, I have the same marketing preferences and I do receive occasional emails from the club. It appears to be a very disjointed system to say the least with club accounts ticketing accounts advantage memberships and now the ticketmaster platform.
Surely you can do better than this BFC. We fans deserve a better service.

Of our group of five, it’s varied but the two of us who go most often have gone down 950 points. The only game I missed that season was the one in Turkey.

Mine went down 960 points but this morning has gone up 350 I presume for this seasons season ticket.

If it is 1750 points for the last 5 season tickets then I have been to only 23 cup ties and away matches in those 5 years if you just use the 10 points for each one, which is ********

Fairly certain we didn't. What they shouldn't do though is use the year to calculate points. They should counts the 5 other seasons around that 1 to come up with a total. If they haven't then we only have 4 seasons of points not 5

Those who didn’t take their money back then had their season ticket, in effect, for 2021/22. We only received the 350 points once.

Season Ticket 350 points
Premier League 180 points (no points were awarded for the Man City game)
League Cup 10 points
FA Cup 20 points
Europa League 90 points (I didn't do Basaksehir away but 50 points were awarded for Olympiacos home)
Liverpool at home in Premier League - been awarded 10 points but I can't think why

That's a total of 660 points that should have been deducted but my total has gone down 950 points.

I can't recall doing at all - no idea how it's got there but I did see that no points had been awarded for that City game. No matter which way look at it, the number of points I've had deducted is not correct.

Network
Then add members

You needs their clarets number and surname

durham mine now works using my desktop and not my phone.

Login, go to tickets (there's a test page v everton) click on the circle/person, view account manager, network, click on add members and the search works, didn't on my phone last night /this morning.

Tbh it feels about right and there’s now only 40 points difference between the 4 of us in our group which includes my nephew so at least we should all in the same “purchase” bracket

I’m in exactly the same boat as you except I’ll have turkey points. Emailed them saying they’ve taken too my points off but had no reply.

I think what might have been wrong is the old system.

5 seasons of ST’s = 1750
4 season at an average of 20 games a season = 800

I reckon you’d have around 2600 - 2700 max plus a bit more for those games we got daft points and cup games

Maybe Ticketmaster calcs are working properly.
