You can think it’s hypocritical of me but that doesn’t mean it’s not true, it was pretty blatant there was several posters on here willing the young lad to fail, That was cemented when Muric got the gloves and made two absolute horror mistakes and it was everyone else’s fault but Muric’. Some posters who’d slagged off Trafford so much couldn’t even bring themselves to blame Muric for anything. As far as they were concerned they’d made their stance and if that meant Burnley lost, so be it.
The question is why do you think it’s an issue when you were the same with Dyche ?

Just like some posters were hovering over the keyboard at 5pm on a Saturday waiting to blame Trafford after another defeat you were doing exactly the same thing (and far more frequently) with Dyche.

On the Trafford v Muric debate I agree btw - I never thought either were good enough for the PL

Look at Vinny K's post above mine.

Is it not fair to say you wanted the best for the club but also wanted rid of Dyche?

Is it not then fair to also say that these people probably also want the best for the club, despite their critisicms of Kompany/Trafford/whoever?

What Dyche did for this football club was truly incredible and you’re pretending I slagged him off throughout the 10 years which is simply not true. I wasn’t a fan of the style of play and found it incredibly tedious and boring. The lack of invention in the market led to a stagnant squad on a downward spiral.

I don’t know why you’re so obsessed with bringing up Dyche every time I comment on something else. Trafford was a young lad who had been here for two minutes before the fans turned on him. Dyche was here for ten years and bored me to sleep by the end.

If Trafford is here ten years down the line and is still not up to PL standard whilst getting picked to play every week in the PL then your comparison of the two situations would make more sense.

Never said you slagged him off for 10 years but I do know it was for a hell of a lot longer than you make out.

Why do you think people call you a hypocrite or remember what you did ? Because you made the occasional critical post about Dyche ?

The reason posters call you out on was because you were worse than any of them on Dyche.

I posted here plenty of times last season saying that some of the posters criticising Trafford were out of order and yes they were 100% hypocritical in how they treated Muric when he made massive mistakes.

The obsession they had with Trafford just like the one you had with Dyche is not a good look.
