Using VPN a "Live video broadcast" option appears, then when you select it and it takes you through to payment screen only the £2.50 audio option is available.

I have got a refund.

Contacted my bank, let them know I tried to communicate with STREAM UK MEDIA SERVICES Limited but they offered insufficient resolution and they processed my £10 refund straight away.

I paid with PayPal. Might help anyone else with the same issue.

No problems, game was on when I asked.

I'm in the process of trying to reclaim the refund but this is proving harder than I expected. They are saying I had access. But there was no link on site, only for audio.

Have you tried to claim this yet?

I'm going to try this method I think. Not getting anywhere via the club.
