Allows clubs to boot the cost into the next accounting year to stay within FFP/PSR.

Literally just robbing Peter to pay Paul, but they're all at it so it's an option that a lot of clubs are willing to consider.

I agree. But it is the agents job to do that. The issue to me is that clearly the club representatives have communicated to the agents that they are open to listening to offers, or there is little management of the situation to make it clear that certain players aren't for sale.
