When Parker got Bournemouth promoted from the Championship he had the services of Solanke to call upon who scored 29 goals that season.
When he got Fulham up through the play offs he could call upon Mitrovic.
If Parker managed to get Burnley in the top 6 relying on Foster and J Rod it would be more than a minor miracle.

That’s where I’m at, would still hope for a proper striker as well as Whittaker though, personally. Unlikely though.
