Bit of an insult to clowns this is. At least clowns have a bit of structure to their work.

Getting plenty of complaints on social media is probably the only way they will recruit more staff.

I think they would would half their workload with competence. The amount of phone calls & ticket office visits that are purely down to mistakes or lack of communication must cause them issues.

I’m not sure it as about numbers? More like effective management. Not much evidence of it at present.

I visited a circus at Bolton Abbey Steam Railway over the weekend and the clowns ran the show, worked extremely hard.
