Hello Eve,

The philosophy of the UTC editor has always been for this forum to be open to everybody provided they comply with the standard rules concerning forums. We have had a few people come on here stating the club the follow. Personally, I think it enhances this forum to have fans from other clubs IF they respect the forum and our club. And it is up to us to respect them.

It makes life better when people can gather together and share opinions, experiences.

On UTC we share joy and sorrow. People who ask for advice especially concerning illness - there's a thread going at the moment - will always get it.

You have been made to feel welcome because that's the way it should be.

You have brought a lot to us in such a short space of time!

Take care Eve,

ecc
Thanks 😊.

I’m sure someone on here will come and help you out Eve. There’s lots of nice people on here who I’m sure will help.

I will if I’m able on the date, although work all week, but if I can fit it around my schedule I will.

Hopefully someone at the club will see this & help Eve out on the day to make her trip to Burnley a special one.

Let me know the dates Eve and I'll have a walk down with my daughter and wait with you, I only live up the road from the training ground and walk my dog down there most days

At this rate Eve, I think you might have a guard of honour on the Drive down to the training ground from the main road. Good luck with all that you do.

Please beat Derby County (the sheep) when you play them away and at home so I can laugh at Derby.

I would check the fixtures on the link before making a decision.

Looks like there is an international break around the time you want to visit?

Not sure how you can check when players are training before you set off?

Quickenthetempo makes a good point here.

Make sure the players are going to be there before you set off.

I'll do my best to come and say hello quickly but I think it's most likely I'll be at work.

I'm sure you'll meet some nice people there though.

Keep us up to date with you plans Eve.

Make sure that you take in some of the advice that's been left for you, Eve.
Under Dyche, the players would leave the training ground at 1pm on Friday before a home game the next day.
Make sure that coming over doesn't upset your training regime for your 5k run that you are doing for charity.
Good luck with all of the above.

I think the 3 dates are after the international break. I think the 20th November is 3 days before they play an away game and the 27th November is the day after a home game and 3 days before an away game

You could draw Gawthorpe Hall maybe? Not sure if the location works but you could take pics for reference if you need to wait in a different spot?

I'm going to have a definite date and a backup date as well. I'm excited to come and I would like to meet Scott Parker I remember he played for Tottenham and many other clubs like West Ham and Fulham and he played for England and he would have played alongside another one of my past favourite Forest players Michael Dawson.

Worrall is out injured at the moment so his schedule may ne way different to the other squad. Rumours of a broken foot but nothing confirmed yet

If you are on Facebook. Here is a page of painting in the town of Padiham.
Many artists paint Gawthorpe Hall.

So you get an idea of what you could draw.

Thanks for telling me. Let me know if he is still injured in 5 weeks. The possible dates I have chosen to come on is Monday 25th or Wednesday 27th November and if I come the week before it will be Wednesday 20th November.

He’s out until November. So good chance he’ll be back on the grass for you hopefully. In terms of rest days it all depends on midweek games. I’ll keep an eye out for you as my parents live close to the training ground and I sometimes see the cars pulling out of the lane.

Hi everyone I haven't been able to come to wait outside the training ground yet one of my personal assistants quit working with me and she didn't have any children and wasn't married and I have 1 personal assistant who works with me but she has 2 children and mainly works School hours unless her partner takes a day off work then I have been to wait outside Emmerdale studio. I sent some things to Joe Worrall to be signed and he signed them for me and his girlfriend wrote a note to me explaining what their puppy did to my Nottingham Forest autograph book (she had a little chew on the corner luckily they caught her and she asked me if I want it replacing but I would rather keep it because I can say Joe Worralls dog chewed it) I'm hoping to come to wait outside the training ground this year when I have a new personal assistant who can take me when I come please can one of you come as well because I will be really nervous.

If Burnley get promoted to the Premier League I might see if I can see Joe Worrall after the game at the City Ground or if Nottingham Forest and Burnley win the next rounds of the FA Cup and the game is at the City Ground I will try and see Joe Worrall then.

Eve, you really don't need to be nervous, the players and staff are very friendly. The best thing to do would be to contact the club and I am sure they will arrange for someone to meet you and also make sure that Joe is at training that day.

Hi Evie

I don’t wait outside the ground but I live not too far away.

If you post what date and time you’re going to the training ground people from here might be able to meet you.
