Matt Lowton - Precision FC

Just seen an article about Precision FC in Dubai third tier signing Ravel Morrison and that Joel Lynch was club captain so had a peek at their squad and noticed Matt Lowton is playing for them as well as Ben Pringle, Jamie Ward and Harry Arter.
What a strange club to end up at, not a bad place to live though

I knew Lowton was there and that Greenwood had signed this week but unaware that the others also played for them. Won’t be bad side!

I'd no idea he was playing out there but when the recent picture appeared of the eleven ex-Clarets out in Manchester, someone posted that it was for Matt Lowton's leaving do before he moved to Dubai.

I'm still totally bemused that he wasn't able to find a club when he left us last year. He definitely proved to be a very good signing for us.

Was training with a lot of local lower teams but couldn't get a deal finalised. He was training with Accy in January and but the politics between chairman and manager at the time stopped that one too

I really liked Matt. Of course he had his limits but always gave his all and seemed to appreciate his luck in being a pro footballer.

His decline was surprising to say the least.

Went to Huddersfield on loan from us. Played in a back three, then couldn't get in the side. Went to Witton Albion after being released.
