Re: SUNDAY GAMES
Not sure about this season but in recent seasons Leeds often seem to get extremely late winners.

Shame
Re: SUNDAY GAMES
Fair play to DL that’s some performance but the swans will be sick.

Re: SUNDAY GAMES
Is the Swansea goalie Vigouroux the one we let go?
Some of his kicking is right on the money.

Re: SUNDAY GAMES
Looking back at it I think it was heading wide before the deflection.

Re: SUNDAY GAMES
Very impressed with Delap. Very underwhelmed with his performances at other clubs but for Ipswich he looks the real deal.

Re: SUNDAY GAMES
For a bit of balance, we were a lot better than Swansea when we played them (I know we needed a last minute pen).
But we hardly gave them a sniff

Zirkzee has looked like a League One footballer every time I’ve seen him.

Birmingham will probably sign him in the January windowNottsClaret wrote: ↑Sun Nov 24, 2024 6:10 pmZirkzee has looked like a League One footballer every time I’ve seen him.

Re: SUNDAY GAMES
Very much a deserved point for Ipswich, and on the balance of clear chances, were the more likely winners.
They don't look out of place, but will need a few draws turning into wins soon.

Re: SUNDAY GAMES

Ipswich are going to have to beat these mediocre mid-table sides at home, if they want to stay up.

Re: SUNDAY GAMES
Yeah, a show pony.Bologna last year, under Motta, had a great setup for him to do nothing but find the space. Plus, general play in Serie A is a lot slower. He needs a team around him who'll run so he doesn't have to do anything and just trot around finding space. Then, he might be useful, but not sure if that's possible in the Prem; the intensity is too high.NottsClaret wrote: ↑Sun Nov 24, 2024 6:10 pmZirkzee has looked like a League One footballer every time I’ve seen him.

You're not allowed to say that. He was terrible at the Turf, apparently.Taffy on the wing wrote: ↑Sun Nov 24, 2024 5:01 pmIs the Swansea goalie Vigouroux the one we let go?

I agree bty.
Re: SUNDAY GAMES
Vigouroux looked decent against us.

Re: SUNDAY GAMES
Three of Leeds four goals were fast breaks and all of them came from breaking Swansea's high defensive line.
Joshua Key, Swansea's number 2, looks an interesting player. As a right back he struggled to deal with Solomon but when Swansea attacked he occupied a midfield role and looked quietly impressive.
