Former Claret Millie Ravening just hit a screamer of a freekick in from what must have been 35 - 40 yards out to give Stoke the lead

We could hear noises coming from the Turf when we were playing golf and I put the post on before I looked on the BFC website and saw it was the ladies playing but I wasn’t quick enough to delete my post.

Knocked out of the cup with a 1-0 defeat

Number of ex Clarets in the Stoke team as well, with Ravening scoring the goal

Forgot this was on.

Actually pleased to read that, a few of the better plays got pushed out last season.

Completely agree. She had 30 goals or something the season before she left. From what I can tell we’ve not really replaced her in terms of regular and consistent scorer.
