RIP David Lynch ... my 1st real memory of your work was the 1984 film "Dune" it got slated but I still enjoyed it and it made me re-read the books again.

Sad to hear this. A real maverick genius. Twin Peaks was such a great watch when it first ran on TV . Also love Blue Velvet and its brilliantly effective atmosphere of weird menace. You don’t make stuff like these two and Eraserhead without being a very special and unique talent.

Eraserhead was excellent and Twin Peaks was essential viewing back in the day. His work always had a unique feeling. Sad loss.

I really liked Wild at Heart, even though I generally don't like Nicholas Cage!

Blue Velvet. Say no more.

You'll be sadly missed David, though a remarkable body of work left behind.

R.I.P David.
Had some incorrigible corners on his work.
