I collected ours before the Sunderland game, so they've had them a while

Royal Mail are failing lots of walks currently due to mismanagement and not enough staff. I’d be happy to help you if you’d like as I work there. Or you could bob into the sorting office and ask there for them.

Thats why i always collect now. Got fed up with tickets not turning up and the aggro of sorting reprints.

That worked for a few weeks, but now they just fob you off by telling you your post has been bundled up for delivery, so it can't be retrieved.

Yes the walks get bundled but they can still look for it is they ask what loops they are in. Honestly if anyone’s got tickets or nhs letters that need retrieving let me know and I’ll look for you like I said further up the thread.

If you still have not got them Id ring and see if they can reprint or give you a copy to pick up tonight . The web site says last posting day Wednesday if buying a new ticket so they may post a copy ticket

Contacted ticket office who said they were posted ‘a couple of days ago’. This is becoming something of a recurring theme.
They said if they haven’t arrived by Friday to contact them and they will put me on a reprint list to pick up at Portsmouth on matchday.

I bought my Portsmouth tickets when they went on sale.I telephoned ticket office at 11:12 on 6th Jan. (I wasn't able to get what I wanted online. I forget what the issue was). The envelope is post marked 6th Jan. 1st class. Arrived 7th or 8th Jan - in south west London.

However, some seasons back now, I often had to pick up a ticket at the away ground. It always worked very easily for me.
