My dad can’t attend tomorrow (over 65) so I’m trying to upgrade his ticket to an adult. My sister who wants to attend and has just now registered an account on the website.
My dad has upgraded the ticket online and my sister has accepted the ticket in her account. However when she tries to purchase, it’s says unfortunately the item in your basket is assigned to a newly registered client which isn’t allowed.
Does anybody know if my dad can send me (season ticket holder) the ticket and then I can forward the digital ticket to my sister or would this not be allowed? I don’t want it to override my season ticket.

Looks like it's been put in place because we're playing Leeds.
I think you will have to get the ticket office to sort once you have proven it's for a family member who is a Burnley fan.
