I regret you found my comment unintelligible, so for clarity:
1. In my view Daniel Levy, the Spurs chairman, has a history of, shall we say, being careful with money. As such it would be no surprise to me if he offered Burnley, what Burnley fans might consider a low offer.
2. Daniel Levy, primarily is a business man, and might more than most, be in position to know more accurately the finances of Burnley FC; he will know the fine details of the Wilson Odobert signing - payment structure. leasing agreement, whatever.
3. I hope he doesn't see us in desperate need to generate funds, and sell Esteve on the cheap.
