Right. FWIW, I’m of the opinion that whatever he got has just laid waste to him and he can’t get anywhere near the required fitness of a professional footballer anymore. Anyway, that’s one for the Tresor thread.

Not sure never managed to find out but I'm pretty sure there was a fall out. He was an experienced champions league playing central midfielder who couldn't get in the squad ahead of Adam Kay

I feel privileged that I saw Remco bestriding our midfield. At Accrington Stanley pre-season . Berisha also scored a great goal that day. I was convinced they would be pivotal players for us that season.

Used to happen all the time with kompany, asking him about Man City, I remember last season one of the reporters from the BBC asking kompany if he took great pleasure in ten Haag struggling because it was man United, yet we where bottom of the league, horrific question to ask
