My guess is it's probably Endsleigh selling them.

They were on the market for £400 and nobody bought them.

Interesting. I would like to buy one share for the boy…just to own one.

I am trying to find out how many shares there are total. I see Pace owns 50.3% of them.

Much appreciated…Found the info

122,478 shares…this is what 17% of the club

Say the club is worth 200 million then these shares are worth each ??

Anybody want to sell 1-2 shares?

£200 per share seems very low, considering the club purchase price.

They purchased in the Premier league with 60m in the bank.

We could be millions in debt now with training ground and ground used as collateral for loans.

Most don’t want to face the possibility of this being factual
The general concencus of opinion seems to be we can cope with not going up this season and so avoid another torrid season in the Premier League when we’re not quite ready for it, then build further next year and maybe go up next year maybe stronger and more prepared, sounds sensible but ignores the fact that we’ll sell all this years best players restock as finances permit a slightly lower level of players
Its apparently being entitled to suggest that we need to go up this year not a genuine concern about the finances and what failure to do so may lead to

Wasn't the price paid by ALK something like 1600 per share? That's 195m for 122,478 shares but they weren't buying all of the shares.
I think the lowest bid on the last auction was 400 pounds per share.
They were 200 quid a share around 25 years ago.

I've been following the asset match auction since April last year. Pretty sure that there's been very little activity on there.

There's not really much value in owning a handful of shares. The market for them isn't very liquid and they don't give you any influence.

Buying enough shares to run the club comes at a significant premium.

Was thinking the same thing.

The 200 shares for sale @ 400 is 80 grand. What advantage would 200 shares get you?

Double your $ when the Clarets play euro footie again?

I bought my one share, so I gained priority for a seat, in the year we had the Coyle cup runs. Suddenly I couldn't just get a ticket!

The finance man at the time, sorted me a ticket and eventually the share came through (after club board agreed).

Has been great and helpful, over the years. Not now, probably.
