Great news that they have a ticket policy for armed forces And veterans . Looking at Swansea’s website the concession rules are:

The club will accept the following as valid ID:

A Current Armed Forces ID card.
A valid Veteran ID card.
Please note that this price class is only for current or ex serving members of the armed forces and blue light services are not eligible for this discounted price class.

PNE go on sale tomorrow at 10am. They've put Swansea sales back to next Monday.
I phoned ticket office today at 1pm to clarify.

Again, this is the point I keep making. They shouldn’t tell the one person who happens to phone but announce it to everyone. Communication for fans is worse than it’s been for years.

I would expect that we could take more tickets if we sold the initial allocation, as the away end holds around 2500.

Yet you can't take advantage of this buying online. No option for the veterans rate on the drop down and you can't buy one of the other catagories with the £17 rate if it's different to your adult allocation. I mean, why mention it if you're not going to be able to deliver it with the ticketing system you have.

Although Swansea offer this to all clubs, Burnley have not mentioned it from what I can see

Got my Preston ones with the confirmation but wasn't the case with Swansea. The confirmation email does include the phrase "Delayed digital delivery" so assume they will come later on.

Hi everyone, i notice all the tickets on sale currently are rail seating - any idea which blocks are just normal seating, and from past games there do our fans usually stand in those seats too? Going with my dad who is fine, but a bit less able to stand (for 45 mins at a time anyway) so don't want to end up with a restricted view. I assume front row will be our best bet to avoid being obscured? thanks.

Seats at the front will be non-rail seats (unless they all are). But can't imagine that it'll be a sell out, so you should be able to move seats on the day if required.

This is proving an issue for a number of games with our club not offering the choice. It leaves people wanting to sit having standing tickets and vice versa. Portsmouth was a huge example of that with no seat choices available on line.

We are in the upper tier at Swansea so it’s not as if you are at pitch level if on the front row.

Do the opposition club let Burnley know which tickets are safe standing, and which are seats?

As I said, they have to. I’ve got my ticket now and it says I’m in a rail seating area. I didn’t have an option when I bought them because we didn’t offer an option. It could have been chaos at Portsmouth because of that but the stewards there were brilliant in sorting it.
