The Ticket Office, Club Shop and Reception at Turf Moor will be closed on Wednesday 26th February

The stadium will remain open for those attending a conference or event, but no staff will be present to help with other football club related matters.

I think they may be referring to the ticket office only being 10-2 each weekday except Wednesday
