If the issue truly got critical then we could always gamble on a free agent left back. There's plenty of them on Transfermarket to choose from!

Maybe you should refer to the thread title, and follow it, and perhaps take particular note to my posts, If it's no clearer then I give up.

I'm perfectly aware of the thread title, headmaster, we have an injured player and cover for him.

Really, I'm no headmaster, but perhaps you could be bottom of the class, but if you still can't see my point and the reason I've posted on the thread, I give up, there is no point anymore.

"Seems a poor decision to let the likes of Delcroix and dodgson go out on loan."

Presumably you knew better than the manager, the players and their agents(with the benefit of hindsight, of course).
You can give up now, no problem.

Aye reight, you know best.
I don't /didn't pretend to know better than anybody, was just my opinion, and hindsight as we all know is a wonderful thing. Perhaps it's not wise to have opinions anymore if all some people want to do is make an argument out of it, no thanks, I'll be the bigger person eh !

That will be the "argument" that you started then, replying to my comment (not specifically aimed at you or anyone else) about the probable reaction to the imagined selection of Owen Dodgson.

Thats a blow-the player has played a big part for the club this season. I guess we have no choice but to play Pires, but should Pires get injured or hit bad form, Connor Roberts could play there and we could probably play Sonne at RB, or even EJ @ FB and bring Worrall in. Sadly we have gone from about 7 potential CH's including Humphreys, to now three, but I guess Laurent could play there in an emergency
Now we have signed Edwards and have Benson fit. We could play Anthony at left back.

Also if Ramsey come into contention for a first team place we might shuffle a few players around

Playing Anthony at left back scares me more then anything else I've seen on this thread.

Has Sambo been filed under Tresor? I know he’s a right fullback but still
Yes, but only when the file system is "reverse alphabetical order".

Ultimately, for all our talk of a big squad and how it needed trimming, we've left ourselves potentially exposed in some areas by allowing players to leave during the window. We've one back up CB and currently have just the one recognised fit left back. We've also only got Foster and Barnes as recognised CFs.

Surely we’re not unique ,every club in the league has injuries and can’t do anything about it.
