Buying home tickets

I’m sure this will have been discussed on here before.

I am a season ticket holder and trying to buy an adult and under 18 ticket for my mate and his son for the Norwich home game.

When I try to buy them using my account it says I can’t buy the under 18 ticket. Has anyone else had this issue and what did you do?

My experience (as the season has unfolded) is you can only buy a ticket on line using a clarets number of someone who is in the same age category. So an adult can’t but a ticket for a child.
